I got my Creed INK Platinum Membership Kit yesterday.  The box contained (besides the Return/Exchange Help Request Form) an autographed (?) 8 x 10 of the guys, a signed (yeah, right) letter from Stappy, the t-shirt (nice image on the back), a 2" x 6" Creed INK sticker, the credit card sized "Official Creed INK Fan Club Card" with name, date of membership and ID# lasered on it, a copy of the first edition of Creed INK Magazine (which I already had a copy of) and a Screamline ad/postcard thingy.  Oh, and the invoice/receipt for $50.
